Scope
BatteryMapChat is an adults-only social and discovery product. These Child Safety Standards apply to the BatteryMapChat mobile app, related websites, and connected support services.
Age Restrictions
BatteryMapChat is intended only for adults aged 18 and older. Users must not create accounts for minors, misrepresent their age, or use the service to contact, target, exploit, or endanger minors.
Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on BatteryMapChat:
- uploading, sharing, storing, requesting, or promoting CSAM or other sexually exploitative material involving minors;
- grooming, sexual solicitation, extortion, trafficking, coercion, or predatory behavior involving minors;
- using the service to facilitate sexual exploitation, abuse, or endangerment of children in any form;
- attempting to bypass moderation, reporting, safety, or account controls related to child safety.
Reporting and Review
Users can report safety concerns or abusive behavior through the in-app feedback route and support contact details published by BatteryMapChat.

We review credible reports and may prioritize urgent cases involving possible risk to minors, exploitation, or illegal content.
Enforcement
When we identify content or behavior that appears to violate these standards, we may remove content, block accounts, preserve relevant records, restrict features, and take any other action reasonably necessary to protect users and comply with law and platform requirements.
Legal Reporting and Cooperation
Where required by applicable law, BatteryMapChat will report apparent CSAM or related child exploitation content to the appropriate authorities or legally designated reporting organizations, and will cooperate with valid law-enforcement requests.
